A water flood ruined this 550 sq. ft. basement apartment. The owner took the opportunity to renovate the apartment, which was outdated. When we got there we realized that it wasn’t only outdated, the layout was really awkward and not practical. We had to redo all the floors, ceiling, electricity and plumbing anyways, so we took advantage of the situation and rethought the apartment completely. The budget was 35 000$ for everything and the contractor was short on time.  As a result, attention was only giving to functionality; she would decorate slowly with time. The client asked us not to post too many pictures of her apartment but here are some.
